| Fees for Professional Counseling Services |
PROFESSIONAL FEES: My fee is $120.00 per session. Payment for services will be collected at the end of each counseling session (a 50- minute hour). I currently accept cash or checks but will be adding other services services in January 2010 such as major credit cards. A receipt will be provided for you to file your
own insurance claims.
Checks may be made payable to LTA PLLC (Lorraine Turbyfill & Associates, PLLC).
